These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

The second level has four comfortable bedrooms. Two queen bedrooms, one an en suite and the other with a semi-private bath with shower stall, each have doors onto the shaded deck overlooking the sound, where you can watch the sunset from the soothing hot tub. A bedroom with a daybed and trundle also opens onto the deck. A pyramid bunk bedroom and the laundry area (with dual washers and dryers and a 2nd full size refrigerator) are on this level as well. All bedrooms throughout the home have TVs.
A large king en suite bedroom on the top floor boasts breathtaking sound views and opens onto the sundeck. The private bathroom features a separate shower stall and Jacuzzi tub for luxurious soaks. Spend some quality time together in the open living, dining, and kitchen area, boasting access to the sundeck and remarkable sunset views. The kitchen features an additional wet bar sink and wine cooler for all your beverage needs. A half bathroom completes this level.
Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy world-class kite boarding, windsurfing, and kayaking on the expansive Pamlico Sound, accessed directly behind the home via the private pier.
