Down the hall are three cozy bedrooms, each boasting ample room for family and friends. A king en suite offers a private bathroom with shower stall. The other two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a pyramid bunk set, are serviced by a nearby full bathroom off the hall. All bedrooms throughout provide their own TV for easy relaxation.
Enjoy a meal hot off the grill and a moment of relaxation in the shade in the outdoor living space under the home, complete with a picnic table, gas and charcoal grills, a stainless steel fish cleaning station, and lounge-friendly areas.
Spend your day hunting for seashells, building the perfect sand castle, or casting a line, all just a few minutes from your front door. Pets and kids will love strolls and bike rides down the paved multi-use path through the village of Avon, along which you will find shops and restaurants sure to delight you.
