    These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

With 5 en suite bedrooms, spacious gathering areas, and plenty to do to keep the whole family entertained, your stay in Penny Lane will be one to remember. 

Have some fun in the first-floor game room, with pool table, TV, and wet bar. A full-size refrigerator and microwave are perfect for midnight snacks and poolside treats. Step into the sun on the private pool and hot tub deck, where you and your family will spend hours splashing, tanning, and laughing the day away, plus enjoying a poolside snack at the tiki bar. A bedroom with a triple level bunk set (2 singles over a double on the bottom) and a quadruple bunk set with trundle (2 L-shaped bunk sets with 1 trundle) is perfect for giving the kids a space of their own. The bedroom shares a full bathroom (with shower stall) with the game room. 

On the second floor are three king en suite bedrooms and an ensuite bedroom with two single beds, each a comfortable retreat to rest your head after a busy day of vacation fun. All bedrooms on this level open onto the wide furnished decks. A sitting area with TV also has a queen sleeper sofa to allow flexibility in sleeping arrangements.

Upstairs is the open living, dining, and kitchen area where the whole family can gather together. The kitchen with breakfast bar and large dining table provide plenty of seating for meals enjoyed as a family. A king en suite bedroom with private bath has a Jacuzzi tub and shower stall. The slider door opens onto a private sundeck. Up half a flight of stairs off the living area is a small loft area with a table and chairs. 

Outside you can shoot a game of hoops in the driveway or take the short walk to the community beach access. Keep your tummies filled and your family entertained with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants.
