The final bedroom on this level features two XL singles and shares a full bath with a tub/shower combo with the hall. A laundry area is centrally located between all rooms, completing the level. 

Upstairs, the last queen bedroom is conveniently situated next door to the final full bath which hosts a tub/shower combo. Both are quietly tucked in a secluded corridor off the living room with an added privacy door for optimal relaxation. The remainder of the floor is an open floor plan that offers plenty of room to gather. A well laid-out kitchen has sufficient space for creating family favorites that all can enjoy in the nearby dining area or screened porch should you choose to dine alfresco.
