Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Four bedrooms are on the lower level. Two queen bedrooms, one oceanfront with beautiful views, are on this level. Two additional bedrooms, one with Smart TV, each have a double and a single bed. Step out onto the oceanfront covered deck for a soak in the hot tub or quick access to the ground level for an early morning walk on the beach. A full bathroom and an additional half bathroom are also on this level.
Upstairs is another queen bedroom with semi-private bathroom with tiled shower. The kitchen and dining area features an oceanview breakfast bar. Ample seating in the adjacent living area with 50 inch Smart TV provides a great place to spend time together. All TVs are streaming capable with YouTube TV.
Enjoy a picnic on the oceanfront screened porch or take in the breeze on the sundeck.
Another flight of stairs leads to the tower loft with sitting area, Smart TV, private sundeck, and panoramic views to feast your eyes upon. This comfortable roost is sure to be a favorite hangout spot for kids and adults alike.
A short walk over the dune and your toes are in the sand. Spend your days surfing, fishing, and building sandcastles. Explore Hatteras Village for some of the best restaurants, shopping, and activities that Hatteras Island has to offer, or head off-shore on a fishing trip from the nearby marinas. You can’t go wrong when you stay at Sea Eye.
