Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Description
The ground level offers spacious covered parking with additional space to store your gear and an enclosed doggy area for the pups. Take the steps up to the entry deck that opens to a spacious foyer on the first level. Three en suite bedrooms are on this level off the foyer and include two queen bedrooms, and a bedroom with two singles. All bedrooms have Smart TVs. The laundry area is also on this level. In addition, there is access out to a covered deck, which is where the hot tub is located.
Upstairs is the main living space with with Smart TV and adjacent dining and kitchen areas with breakfast bar seating. The open concept provides plenty of space for everyone to gather for some quality time. Step from the dining area out to the screened porch with table. A sun deck on either end of the porch is great for lounging in the refreshing Carolina breezes on a summer afternoon. Gather around the dining room table to feast on the seafood you’ve reeled in right off the beach and cooked on the ground-level charcoal grill or dine al fresco on the screened porch. Also, on this level, is a half bathroom and a queen en suite bedroom with Smart TV and spacious shower in the en suite bathroom. All TVs have Disney, Hulu Plus and ESPN + programming.
Complimentary membership to the Kinnakeet Shores community pool and tennis courts is yours to use at your leisure. Your pets deserve a vacation too, so bring them along to this pet-friendly home.
Take a short walk to the beach via the subdivision path over the dunes or have a 4-wheel-drive adventure from the beach access ramp less than a mile away. From here, you can set out on any Hatteras Island adventure that tickles your fancy or venture off island to sample other attractions the Outer Banks has to offer.
