Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
Enjoy sweet dreams in the 4 bedrooms on the middle level, each with TV. Two king bedrooms, one an en suite, have access to the shaded oceanview covered deck. An additional king bedroom and a queen bedroom are also on this level, as well as a full bathroom off the hall. The laundry room complete with utility sink is also conveniently on this level. When you’re ready to get your toes in the sand, take the stairs down off the porch to the ground level, where a sand path leads directly to the beach.
Another comfortable king bedroom with TV is on the top floor. It opens to a full bathroom that is shared with the living, dining, and kitchen area. Munch on something tasty at the dining table or breakfast bar, or take your feast onto the covered porch and dine to the music of the waves. Furnished with comfort and relaxation in mind, the living and dining areas boast gorgeous hardwood floors that reflect the natural light pouring in through the ample windows. Sip your favorite beverage on the oceanfront sundeck, where you can watch the waves by day and gaze at the stars by night.
Spend your days relaxing by the pool, or sunning, splashing, and casting a line right off the beach in front of the house. Relax in the hot tub on the covered deck adjacent to the pool area. An additional full bathroom without climate control is accessed from the same deck, doubling as dry storage for your beach gear and a welcome convenience that services the outside space. Rinse off in the handy outside shower before grilling up the catch of the day on the charcoal grill. For those nights you prefer to have someone else do the cooking, you’re just a short drive away from some of Hatteras Island’s best dining!
When you’re ready for mouth-watering good times, head on down to Sweet Spot!
