Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

The under-house covered area provides room to store your beach and fishing gear and a dry entry into the home on the ground level. Hang out in the game room with pool table, TV/DVD and wet bar with mini fridge and half bath.
Four bedrooms are on the middle level, each with TV/DVD and opening to the shaded oceanfront deck. A king en suite bedroom is located at the end of the hall, and a queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 singles and a bunk bedroom share a full bathroom off the hallway. A laundry is also on this level. Step out onto the shaded deck for a soothing soak in the hot tub with the music of the ocean in the background.
Gather in the spacious open living, dining, and kitchen area with cathedral ceiling and sweeping ocean views from the top level with TV/DVD Blu-Ray player. Enjoy family feasts around the dining table and adjacent breakfast bar and plan your next day’s adventure. The sundeck on this level provides the perfect vantage point for taking in stunning sunrises and stargazing at twilight. Sleep easy in the king en suite bedroom with TV and access to the oceanfront sundeck. The en suite bath features a double sink vanity and a large shower stall. A half bathroom completes this level.
With easy access to the beach whether you are looking for a quick walk on the sand or a whole day relaxing on the beach you will have your feet in the water in no time at all. If lounging poolside is more your thing, your stay includes complimentary access to the nearby Kinnakeet Shores community pool and tennis courts. When you are ready to see what the area has to offer nearby shops, restaurants, and other fun activities are a short drive.
