A bedroom with two single beds and access to the deck and a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk set share a full bathroom off the hall. The laundry area is also conveniently located on this level.
Upstairs is the spacious open living, dining, and kitchen area with panoramic ocean views, cozy fireplace, and half bathroom. The kitchen features an additional wet bar and mini fridge to keep the good times coming. Relax in the separate den with TV for a little quiet time or step out onto the oceanfront sundeck to listen to the waves. A half bathroom completes this level.
A short walk over the dune via the path adjacent to the house will put you on the beach in no time at all. Take a short drive to the Kinnakeet Shores community pool and tennis courts for more family fun. Located just a short distance from shops, restaurants, and 4-wheel-drive beach access, this home is your next Hatteras Island getaway.
