Hatteras Parasail
Hatteras Parasail has everything you need for some fun on the water! Enjoy a Parasail adventure and see all of Hatteras from the air. Parasailing is $65 per person, and 6 people can go on the boat at once, and each ride lasts roughly 12-15 minutes.Wear a bathing suit, bring a towel, and maybe a long sleeve shirt in case it gets chilly on the boat. And don’t forget your camera! The crew on the boat will gladly take photos of you while in the air.
Hatteras Parasail also offers waverunner and boat rentals. Enjoy racing through the warm waters of Pamlico Sound on your own waverunner for an hour ($80/hour) or half hour ($55/half hour). Two adults or one adult and up to two small children can be on the waverunner at one time, but drivers of the waverunner must be 16 years or older.
If kayaking is more your speed, they offer kayak tours through the salt marshes and waterways of Pamlico Sound. The tours start at Oden’s Dock in Hatteras Village, and they last about two hours. Up to 16 people can be on a tour. The cost is $35 per person, and prior experience is not necessary. You’re sure to see some beautiful sites, catch a glimpse of wildlife, and learn a thing or two about wildlife, ecology, and Hatteras history as well!
