Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full and partial week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Welcome to The Annapolitan, a stunning oceanside retreat located in the charming town of Waves, NC. This expansive 3,472 square foot home offers breathtaking ocean views and is perfect for large groups or families, including your pets, accommodating your party with ease. The property features six beautifully appointed bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, ensuring everyone has ample space and privacy. The ambiance is both luxurious and inviting, making it the ideal setting for a memorable vacation.
Upon arrival, you’ll find instant entertainment in the first-level game room equipped with a pool table, foosball table, seating area with TV, and wet bar with microwave and full-sized fridge, perfect for storing gametime sips and snacks. A queen sleep sofa is also provided for added convenience in sleeping arrangements should your party need it. The first of six bedrooms, a queen bedroom sharing a full bath with the floor, is located on this level as well. All bedrooms throughout provide their own TV for ultimate relaxation.
Four more cozy bedrooms rest comfortably on the second living level: a king en suite, a queen en suite, a king room, and a room with two bunk sets. In addition to their own TV, each of the remaining bedrooms in the home offer deck access as well. A laundry room is centrally located for everyone’s convenience.
The third floor boasts an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and loads of natural wood accents to create a warm and inviting space for all to comfortably come together. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring modern appliances including dual dishwashers for quick clean-up after large meals which can be easily enjoyed from any of the variety of dining options. The living area is also spacious and designed for relaxation, with ample seating and a decorative fireplace. Step outside to enjoy the shaded screened porch or sundeck, where you can also soak in the comforts of the bubbly hot tub under the stars. The final bedroom, a king en suite, is located off of the living area and features a jetted tub.
Head up to the loft where views from the sunny balcony stretch as far as the eye can see, providing gentle glimpses of the ocean in the distance. Inside, among the wall-to-wall windows, you can enjoy the stunning views and natural light while reading a book or playing a friendly game of cards at the poker table, pairing your game of choice with the perfect cocktail from the nearby wet bar.
