Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025. Pool heat can be added for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full and partial week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Enter on the first level where fun awaits. A game room with sleep sofa (for flexibility in sleeping arrangements), Smart TV, full-size refrigerator, microwave and wet bar features a pool table for hours of fun and friendly competition. Step out the back door from the game room and walk down a few steps to the deck with a picnic table, hot tub, and pool with available heat. A bedroom with two sets of bunk beds is off the game room. Down the hall are an en suite bedroom with two single beds and a king bedroom with a semi-private bath. All bedrooms throughout the house have TVs.
Three king en suite bedrooms and one queen en suite bedroom, each opening onto a shaded deck with views toward the ocean or sound, make up the second level, along with the laundry area. One bedroom features a bubbly Jacuzzi tub and separate shower in the bathroom.
Upstairs is another large king en suite bedroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower in the bathroom and a private ocean view sundeck. Spread out in the open living and dining area, where there is plenty of room for the whole family, including a cozy reading nook with an ocean view. The well equipped kitchen with a full suite of cookware and a variety of small appliances will help you prepare your favorite dishes with ease. Seating for meals includes a four-seat breakfast bar, a six-seat table with sound view, a two seat bistro table with ocean view, and a large ten-seat dinner table with an ocean view. After dinner, dual dishwashers in the kitchen make cleanup a breeze so you can spend more time together. Take in the ocean to sound views on the sundecks or on the screened porch off the kitchen. A half bathroom completes this level.
With community tennis courts and sound access just a short walk away, breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset, and enough elbow room to give everyone the relaxing vacation they need, Blue Canoe is the place for you.
