Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
Enter on the ground level from the carport where the dry entry with room to store your gear will help make unloading a breeze. Head up one level and you will find all four bedrooms. Two spacious king en suite bedrooms have access to the ocean-facing shaded deck. A bedroom with two double beds and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk share a full bathroom off the hallway. The laundry area is located off this level.
On the second level, you will find a wide-open living, dining, and kitchen area complete with breakfast bar seating and full bathroom. Step out onto the screened porch with picnic table, or out to the furnished oceanview sundeck to watch sunrises, just catch some rays or take a soothing soak in the hot tub with the music of the ocean in the background.
The top level Captain's Watch loft is just right to get some quiet time and enjoy the full panoramic views of both sides of the island, and is sure to be a family favorite perch.
Take a stroll along the community beach access path just behind the house that leads over the dunes, so you will have your toes in the sand in no time. Nearby are restaurants, shops, and other fun activities including water sports, so there is plenty of entertainment for the whole family.
You will love your time at Carolina Clipper, where it will feel like your beach home away from home, year after year.
