Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

A bedroom with a queen and a bedroom with a bunk set and a single bed with trundle share a full bathroom off the hall. The spacious king en suite bedroom features a custom-tiled shower in the private bathroom. The laundry area is conveniently located on this level as well, underneath the staircase to the second level.
Bask in natural light in the open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar on the second level, which features stunning ocean views throughout. From the comfortable seating area to dual dining areas, catching up with friends and family has never been easier. Catch the big game on the smart TV with enhanced sound system or soak up some sun from graciously furnished decks on both sides of the house. Watch the sunset colors from the soundview sundeck, or step out onto the partially-shaded oceanfront deck to greet each morning.
