Description
Enter on the first level, where all three bedrooms are located. A queen en suite bedroom with views of the natural dune landscape has a shower stall in the bathroom. A king bedroom and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk set with trundle share a full bathroom off the hall. Each bedroom has its own TV for a little private time. A half bathroom is also on this level.
Take in beautiful views of the ocean horizon and dunes from the open top level. A large kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table is adjacent to the living area overlooking the ocean. Step out onto the spacious wraparound sundeck to watch the sun rise over the ocean before embarking on the day's adventures.
A short walk, partially via a shared boardwalk, behind the house leads straight to the sandy beach where you can spend hours lounging in the sun and splashing in the waves. Pack up your 4-wheel-drive vehicle and head just moments south to the nearby beach driving access ramp. Shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Avon Fishing Pier are all located just minutes away.
