Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Time is never wasted when you spend it Chasing Sunsets! Newly constructed in 2023, this fresh-faced, single-level home is tucked neatly between the ocean and sound in northern Rodanthe, the perfect place to lace up your running shoes and get started!
Dual under-home carports allow for plenty of storage of your gear as well as dry entry into the home. An outside shower is also tucked below for added privacy.

A modern custom kitchen features white shaker cabinets and a navy accent island topped with white quartz countertops and stainless appliances. While the island also doubles as a breakfast bar central to the kitchen and chic dining area, there is plenty of seating for dining and catching up with friends. The adjacent living room is stylishly decorated with nautical accents and wraparound comfort seating so gathering after a long day in the sun will meet everyone’s need for rest and relaxation.
Outside, a sundeck also provides access to the ground-level driveway. Take the short walk across Highway 12 for fun days at the beach. Be sure to wave hello to our friendly staff as you pass by our Rodanthe Office on your way! Afterwards, chase the sunset in all its glory at the end of the cul-de-sac. When you’re ready to explore the area, take in the rich history at the nearby Chicamacomico Lifesaving Station, enjoy the local cuisine at the variety of nearby eateries, and pick-up plenty of swag at the variety of unique shops along the way!
