Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

All four bedrooms come together on the first living level to create a cozy haven for a peaceful night’s rest. A king en suite and two queen rooms each provide access to the ocean-facing shaded deck with bubbly hot tub. The final bedroom features a queen pyramid bunk with a single trundle below to accommodate a variety of sleeping arrangements. Each of the bedrooms provide their own TV for top-notch relaxation. A full bath is centrally located for convenience, while a laundry area completes the level.
The second floor boasts bright and airy living spaces thanks to ocean-facing sliders and picture windows that allow for plenty of natural light. A kitchen with breakfast bar is a welcome retreat for the family chef, while the nearby dining table is a happy perch for their loyal taste-testers. The adjacent living area with cathedral ceilings and natural wood beams is a comfortable spot for kicking up your feet around the TV while reminiscing about the day’s island adventures. Carry the conversation to the sundeck and relax to the sounds of the ocean just a short distance away, while patiently awaiting some of the best stargazing opportunities the island has to offer.
The top-level loft has a variety of uses with a Murphy bed for added convenience. Read a book, rest your head, play a board game, but whatever you do, be sure to revel in the top-level views that await on the outside balcony.
