These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

The ground level covered parking area has access to the laundry room, accessed via its own entry under the house. Stow your beach toys and fishing gear in this handy space for easy access any time.
Enter through the screened porch into the well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The adjacent open living and dining area is comfortably furnished, just right for quality time with family and loved ones. Step out onto the sundeck to soak up some rays, relax in the bubbly hot tub under the stars or enjoy a picnic lunch on the screened porch. A king en suite bedroom with individual climate control is situated off one side of the living area. An additional queen bedroom off the other side of the living area opens onto a small landing with stairs to the ground. A full bath completes this level.
Upstairs, a queen en suite bedroom opens onto a private sundeck. A bedroom with a bunk set and a single bed is also on this level, along with a cozy seating area overlooking the first level, stocked with board games for even more family fun.
Walk to the beach at the end of the street or hop on your bike to explore the area. Real Kiteboarding is a short ride away for equipment rentals, while shopping and dining are also close at hand, as well as plenty of other exciting activities. Dune Daze is ideally situated for your next Hatteras Island getaway.
