Take it easy in this classic Hatteras Island home just one lot back from the oceanfront in the village of Avon. From the short walk to the beach for you and your pets to the free pass to the Kinnakeet Shores Pool and tennis courts, the whole family is sure to enjoy their stay in Endless Summer Avon.

The ground level has an enclosed outside shower and a fish cleaning table. The laundry room is located under the house just a few steps up from the ground level.

The lower level has the kitchen and dining area, complete with breakfast bar and vintage handcrafted cabinets, as well as a TV. A queen bedroom and a room with two single beds share a full bathroom. Step out onto the shaded deck to enjoy a glass of sweet tea in the ocean breeze.

Upstairs is the living area with TV and DVD player, as well as a wet bar with dinette table perfect for snacks, cards, and family games. Keep your snacks and drinks cool in the mini-fridge at the wet bar. A queen bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds are on this level as well, along with a full bathroom. The wide sundeck offers horizon views of the nearby ocean.
