Pets Permitted
These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Enter on the first level for speedy access to the laundry room, an appropriately tiled space for handling salty suits after days spent at the beach. A half bath is another added convenience for when you’re trying to get in or out the door in a flash.
A quick trip up the stairs to the second level will deliver you to a cozy den with TV, dinette and full wet bar that includes a full-sized refrigerator as well as a sink and microwave. Three bedrooms also reside on this level. A queen room grants access to the shaded deck with hot tub as well as a shared full bath. A room with two bunk sets and another room with two singles share the other full bath on this level.
Top level living includes the final bedroom, a spacious king en suite for an easy night’s rest. Meanwhile, the roomy kitchen with breakfast bar is a welcome place to grab a quick bite before a full day in the sun. A neatly nestled dining area provides plenty of room for a family feast, while the living area with comfort seating situated around a cozy fireplace is perfect for lazy nights spent indulging in a good movie. Everyone will appreciate the convenience of the three sets of canal-facing sliders to access the sun and shaded decks for sprawling views. The final half bath completes this level.
Outside, you’re canal views instantly come to life. Spend your days exploring the Pamlico Sound and try your hand at crabbing, clamming, and fishing. A fish cleaning table overlooking the canal will make cleaning your catch a breeze. Pups will love playing in the large backyard or taking a quiet stroll through the peaceful neighborhood.
