Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Two queen bedrooms on the middle floor open onto a covered porch. A third bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a full hall bathroom are also on this level. Step out onto the shaded south deck for some breath-taking views of the ocean..
The top floor is the ideal gathering place for you and your family. The home has been laid out with together time in mind, from the cozy living room to the dining area with ample seating for everyone in your group. A well-equipped kitchen will be the source of many mouth-watering meals during your stay. Wake up in comfort in the king en suite bedroom, feeling like the ruler of your very own castle! The fantastic sun deck off the living room is the perfect place to catch some rays, enjoy a glass of wine under the stars, or check out the surf. Overlooking the reenactment site for the Chicamacomico Lifesaving Station’s Breeches Buoy Rescue Drill, you can even take in a slice of history from this private perch!
