Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Enter the first level game room and immediately jump into some friendly competition while watching the game on the TV, taking your choice of cards, pool, or foosball. A well-stocked en suite is just next door with a queen bed, futon, TV, and full wet bar complete with a microwave, full-sized fridge and mini fridge.
Four more bedrooms, each with their own TV, reside on the second floor. A king en suite, a queen en suite, and a room with two bunksets each provide access to the wraparound shaded deck with hot tub. A queen bedroom is on the ocean-facing side of the home with a full bath next door for added convenience.
On the third floor, an open kitchen, dining and living area make your vacation dreams come true. Utilize the cargo lift to get groceries to the top floor so that no one has to do too much heavy lifting. The galley style kitchen is light and airy with white cabinets and granite tops, while the step-up breakfast bar provides a perch for a quick bite or overflow seating for the sizeable dining room table. Kick up your feet in the living area with comfort seating strategically placed around the inset TV for ultimate viewing. For scenery that will last for miles, head out to the sundeck for panoramic views of the neighborhood and village nature trail, or to the shaded deck for expansive views of the ocean. The final bedroom, a large king en suite with access to the ocean-facing shaded deck, a jacuzzi tub, tile shower and double bowl vanity, completes the level.
Outside, you’re just a hop, skip and a jump from the community beach access. For additional splashy time, head next door to the Hatteras by The Sea community pool. When your ready to stretch your legs, the well-manicured neighborhood is perfect for a peaceful walk or jog. Exploring the island will be equally as exciting as a variety of marinas, shops and eateries are never too far from your front door.
