Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Experience the conveniences and luxury of this spacious home with 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and 1 half bath. Three bedrooms are king en suites, and walk out to the covered deck of the home. The exterior of the home has comfortable seating on the decks offering both sun and shade so you can relax in style. The covered entry opens to a large ground level foyer with storage space.
The second level includes two king en suite bedrooms with private baths and deck access. Two additional bedrooms on this level share the hallway full bath; one provides a queen bed and a bunk set, while the other has a double bed and a bunk set. The laundry is also on this level.
The third level of the home has a spacious well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating, a dining room that opens to a den on one side and the central living area, has a nook with a second table on the other side. Together the design provides plenty of space for everyone to gather. Cooking and clean up for a crowd will be easy with ample counters, stainless appliances and is where the chef will prepare and cook family recipes with ease. A king en suite bedroom on this level has access to the sundeck and features a spacious private bathroom. A half bathroom is also on this level.
Take a few steps up to the comfortable loft game room with a a pool table, queen sleep sofa (for flexibility in sleeping arrangements), and a covered balcony with views of the ocean.
When you are ready for some beach time, the community boardwalk is just across the street and leads you straight to the beach. For those who may prefer a day at the pool, the community pool is just one house down and if you find yourself in need of hydrotherapy after hours, the private hot tub will be waiting for you back at home. Enjoy exhilarating outdoor games with the entire family or endless moments throwing the ball for your loving pet in the provided lot next door.
Spend your free time shopping and dining your way around the island, with many options no more than a short drive away. Book a charter fishing trip from one of the nearby marinas, or head to one of the local seafood markets to sample fresh-caught seafood at its finest. For an experience the whole family will love, head out for a day trip to Ocracoke, where the adventure begins with the ferry ride across the Pamlico Sound.
