A breakfast bar offers overflow seating from the dining room that is central to the level, with access on either side to your choice of sundeck. Your most pleasant convenience, however, will likely be the cargo lift that is accessible from each floor and makes its final stop at the sundeck overlooking the sound, so grocery runs don’t get you winded. On the opposite side, the wraparound sundeck with sprawling views of Hatteras Village, Slash Creek, and the Pamlico Sound offers a silent serenity in the middle of nature’s most scenic playground. A nearby screened porch also has ample seating and picturesque views, a quiet place to escape with a cup of coffee, your best beach read, or good conversation among friends.
