Description
Take the bait and book your stay at Hook, Wine & Sinker. This uniquely designed home in the Brigand’s Bay neighborhood of Frisco is a fisherman’s paradise, complete with dual private shallow-draft docks and boat ramp. With a gated sundeck and an ample grassy yard, this lovingly-maintained home will quickly become a family favorite.
The main entry through the sunroom with TV (with DVD player only) takes you to the central living area with recessed sitting area centered around the grand decorative stone fireplace, perfect for cozy conversation and watching the big game. The adjacent dining area and kitchen boast breathtaking views over the canal and natural marshland. A laundry room off the living area also features a second full-size refrigerator, perfect for keeping your boat snacks nice and cool before a day on the water.
Off one side of the living area is the king en suite bedroom, which features a tiled shower in the private bathroom and a large walk-in closet. A small hallway off the other side of the living area leads to the queen bedroom and a bedroom with a queen bed and bunk set, which share a full bathroom off the hall. All three bedrooms have TVs.
Relax and enjoy canal and sound views on the sundeck. Enjoy family walks or bike rides through the quiet, residential neighborhood. Kayak or paddleboard through the canals of Brigand’s Bay or steer your boat to the Pamlico Sound for a day of fishing and clamming. Plenty of shops, restaurants and other activities are just a short drive away in Hatteras Village or Buxton, including the famous Cape Hatteras Lighthouse.
