With covered parking and a cargo lift to all levels, your stay will be a breeze from the moment you arrive.

Three bedrooms on the first level each have access to the shaded deck on the front of the house. An ample queen en suite bedroom with TV is at the end of the hall. A second queen bedroom with TV and a bedroom with two bunk sets share a full bathroom off the hall. The laundry area is also on this level.

Spend quality time in the spacious living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar on the second level. Soak in the rays on the sun deck at the top of the stairs, or enjoy a stunning sunset from the sundeck off the living area. Picnic in the summer breeze on the covered deck for true island-style dining. A half bathroom is also on this level.

The entire top level is a queen en suite designed with privacy and comfort in mind. Enjoy distant ocean views and soundside panoramas from the private sundeck.

Spend your days lounging in the sun on the nearby beach, accessed via the community sand path through the dunes at the end of the street.
