Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

A room with a pyramid bunk and one single is next door to a queen room with private access to the wraparound shaded deck and direct entry to a full bath with a tub/shower combo that is shared with the floor. The third bedroom, a queen en suite, boasts a tub/shower combo in the private bath. All bedrooms throughout provide their own TV for ultimate relaxation. A sizeable laundry room is centrally located for convenience and completes the level.
Up on the second floor, you’ll enjoy the comforts of the calming space provided by the high cathedral ceilings and natural light that reaches every corner of the open kitchen, dining, and living area. Here, vacation dreams will come alive, creating lasting memories over tasty meals, quality time with loved ones, and shared stories with hearty laughs. Slip out onto the idyllic sundeck to take in the salty breeze and views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Pamlico Sound. With built-in bench seating and picnic tables for lounging, you’ll be happy as a clam soaking in the sun. Back inside, the final bedroom, a king en suite, is comfortably situated away from the hustle and bustle. Also tucked away for privacy, a half bath completes the level.
With one pup permitted in this loving home, they too will welcome the lengthy community streets for safe and quiet walks through the neighborhood to stretch their legs. Upon your return, Rover can stretch out and rest in the fenced pool area while you splash around in the private pool or take a soak in the bubbly hot tub for some added R&R. When you’re ready to hit the beach, a quick walk to the community boardwalk located off of Colony Drive will deliver you onto the sandy shores of Hatteras Island for hours of fun in the sun. Upon return, an outside shower is conveniently provided to wash off the salt and sand. Proximity to charming draws including eateries, shops, and attractions such as the Rodanthe Pier mean you never have to venture too far for a little island adventure.
