Pets Permitted
These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Covered parking and an elevator from the carport to all levels make your stay a breeze from the moment you arrive. All four bedrooms, each with TV, are on the first level. The convenient elevator opens directly into a queen bedroom, which shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with shower stall with a king bedroom. Both bedrooms open onto a spacious shaded deck with hot tub, where you can relax in the summer breeze or enjoy a more exclusive soak by simply closing the outdoor drapes. Also on this level, a double over double bunk bedroom and a bedroom with a queen bed share a full bathroom off the hall, directly across from the laundry area.
Enjoy family time in the open and airy great room on the upper level. Kick back with a good book, game, or puzzle from the well-stocked shelves, or dig in to a seafood feast prepared in the well-stocked kitchen with breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area provides ample seating and a makeshift ping pong table kit for your whole crew to enjoy. A half bathroom is also on this level for added convenience. Outside, work on your tan or gaze at the stars from the Adirondack chairs on the large sundeck with ocean view. While stairs will deliver you all the way to the ground level if needed, a safety gate is provided to contain the kiddos and pups for ultimate security and peace of mind.
The entire family, including the pups, will love the spacious front yard. Dig through the miscellaneous gear to dive into entertaining yard games or to take full advantage of your time at the beach. Everyone is sure to enjoy the easy stroll to the community beach boardwalk at the end of the street. A handy fish cleaning table and outdoor shower are available for cleaning up when you return. Rent a golf cart and explore shopping, dining, and other great activities in Hatteras Village, or hop on the ferry to Ocracoke for a fun-filled day trip.
