These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025. Certain private pools offer free heat.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Enter on the ground level, where a bedroom with a bunk set and a pyramid bunk set, along with a separate half bathroom, gives the kids their own space. The washer and dryer are also on this level.
The middle level features three bedrooms; a king en suite with private bath has access to the shaded oceanview deck with porch swing. two queen bedrooms (one with deck access) share a full bathroom off the hall. Step out onto the shaded deck on the front of the house to watch the kids play in the pool or enjoy a soak in the hot tub to ease your cares away.
Upstairs is the open living, dining, and kitchen area and an additional half bathroom. Enjoy family meals or board games around the table or at the breakfast bar, then watch the big game in the living area or play a round of foosball on the provided table. The wide sundeck is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise in the morning or the moon rise at night, both of which will take your breath away.
Outside, spend your days working on your tan or cooling off in the pool. Take a quick walk via a deeded foot path (shared with neighboring house) over the dunes to the beach for sandcastles and surfing. The nearby pet resort offers doggie daycare, grooming, and overnight boarding should you wish to pamper your pooch on vacation. Between nearby shops, restaurants, and other family-friendly activities, there is never a dull moment at Lillie's Saltwater Pearl.
