Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Enter on the first level and spend some time relaxing in the large game room. Shoot some pool, enjoy a game of cards with snacks from the wet bar with full refrigerator and microwave, or catch the big game on the TV in the comfortable sitting area. Complete with both a full and a half bathroom, the game room opens onto the shaded soundview deck with hot tub and stairs to the large pool area. The laundry room is also on this level.
Four bedrooms, each with Smart TV, are on the second level. A king en suite bedroom and a queen bedroom each open onto the shaded oceanview deck. A second king en suite bedroom and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk set open onto the shaded soundview deck. The queen bedroom and pyramid bunk bedroom share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
Upstairs is a third king en suite bedroom with TV, deck access, and jetted tub in the private bathroom. The large open living and kitchen area with breakfast bar and adjacent dining area provides gathering space for the whole family. A half bathroom is also on this level. Step out onto either of the sundecks for breathtaking views and cool breezes.
Let your troubles wash away in the private pool or get kissed by the sun on the expansive pool deck, with ground-level access from the shaded carport for those with limited mobility. Grab your fishing poles and beach toys and enjoy a quick walk to the beach right across the street via the shared sand path. Whether you’ve been pining for island adventures or to simply spend your days doing nothing at all, Lucky Old Sun will hit the spot.
