Pets Permitted
These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets and towels are provided for all full and partial week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Dry entry through the carport puts you on the ground level. The spacious den area features a wet bar and full size refrigerator, perfect for keeping your poolside treats nice and cool. This comfortably furnished space also includes a sleep sofa (for flexibility in sleeping arrangements), a TV and 4-top table is perfect for puzzling, cards or board games. The slider door provides direct access to the hot tub and pool area. Also on this level, is a queen bedroom that shares the full bathroom off the den.
There are three bedrooms on the second level; a king en suite bedroom with private bath opens to a private deck, while a queen bedroom also with private deck shares the full bathroom off the hall with the bedroom with two pyramid bunks. A laundry area completes this level.
The top level includes a king en suite bedroom with private bath and access out to a private sun deck that overlooks the pool area. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax in the open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar; thoughtfully designed for spending time with family. Cozy up in the living area, or gather around the dining table for a feast. With cathedral ceilings, windows all around, and comfortable furnishings together add style and increase the natural light of the space. A well equipped kitchen features ample counter space for meal prep and stainless steel appliances. There is convenient access out to the furnished deck space that provides both shade and sun so you can relax in the cool breeze of the covered deck area or soak up the rays on the sundeck side. A half bath completes this level.
The comfort and enjoyment continues outside where spending time at the pool or taking a soothing soak in the hot tub will provide relaxation and fun for all ages. This home is ideally located with the community beach access just a short walk to the end of the street and a sand path that leads across the dunes.
