The central living room opens onto a wide sundeck with built-in seating that wraps around two sides of the house, with a screened porch between, where you can enjoy island-style dining in the fresh air. The lofted crow’s nest deck boasts unforgettable ocean views.
A queen en suite bedroom with TV off the living area features a walk-in shower stall in the private bathroom. On the opposite side of the living room, a second queen bedroom with TV is just next door to a full bath with a tub/shower combo that is shared with the floor. Upstairs, the kids will love having their own space in the cozy, enclosed loft bedroom with two single beds.
The enclosed area under the house is perfect for keeping all your beach and fishing gear ready at a moment’s notice.
