Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Covered parking and a dry entry to the first level make your vacation a breeze from the moment you arrive, and an elevator to all levels will make your entire stay more enjoyable. Let the little ones rest easy in the bedroom with two bunk sets, which opens onto a semi-private full bathroom shared with the game room. Relax in the summer breeze on the screened porch or the covered deck overlooking the pool area.
Three en suite bedrooms are on the middle level, along with an expansive covered deck wrapping around three sides of the house. Two bedrooms each have a king bed, and the third has a queen bed and features a shower stall in the private bath. Across the hall, the den with sleep sofa and TV opens onto the deck and can be closed off for a little quiet time. The laundry area is also on this level. Let baby enjoy some peace and quiet with a nap in the provided pack-n-play. A high chair and baby gate are also provided.
Spend quality time together in the spacious great room on the upper level. The custom gourmet kitchen features upscale appliances and a gas stove adjacent to the breakfast bar for quick and easy meals anytime. Gather around the spacious table in the formal dining area with deck access for family feasts, or spread out in the living area with distant ocean views. The partially-covered deck off the living area boasts ocean-to-sound views. Sleep in style in the large king en suite on this level. With access to a shaded deck off the front of the home and the oceanview sundeck, as well as a luxurious private bath with glass-walled rain shower and separate clawfoot tub, this deluxe retreat will leave you well rested.
