Escape from the cares of the everyday at Miramar. This classic Frisco home, tucked back among native plant life and abundant shade trees on the soundfront, is just the quiet retreat you need. Be sure to tell your pets that they are welcome at this comfortable abode as well.

Covered parking and a dry entry will make your stay nice and easy from the moment you arrive. The laundry area is conveniently located right by the entry door. A covered deck off the back of the house has the outside shower and access to the private boardwalk to the sound.

All three bedrooms are on the first level. The queen en suite bedroom and a bedroom with a double bed both have access to the wraparound shaded deck, secluded among the tops of live oaks with partial sound views through the branches. A bedroom with two single beds shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with the double bedroom.

Panoramic sound views will take your breath away in the open living, dining, and kitchen area on the upper level. Soak up the sun from the wide sundeck or watch in awe as the sun sinks into the sound and paints the sky in one one of Hatteras Island’s famously beautiful sunsets. Complete with breakfast bar, half bath, and dual futons for afternoon siestas, this light-filled gathering area will brighten your day each time your family gathers here.

Whether you’re looking to ride the wind or take it easy exploring the calm waters of the Pamlico Sound, the private dock and path down to the water makes spending time in the sun a breeze. Watersports enthusiasts can launch their windsurfing and kiteboarding gear, and wildlife watchers will enjoy the variety of native flora and fauna that can be viewed from kayak or paddleboard. The kids and pups will enjoy playing in the warm, shallow waters along the shore.
