Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025. Certain private pools offer free heat.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Enter on the first level that includes a game room with pool table, a wet bar complete with microwave and full-size refrigerator. A slider door opens to the covered deck with convenient access to the pool area and hot tub. Off the game room is a queen bedroom with deck access that shares a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom with the bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 trundle.
The second level features a comfy den and four king en suite bedrooms. All rooms have TVs and direct access out to the covered decks. An additional full bathroom is located on the stair landing midway between the second and third levels.
The third level of the home has a wide-open bright and cheery kitchen with breakfast bar seating, dining room and living area with plenty of space for everyone to gather. The wrap around deck offers sound views. Take a few steps up to the loft area to find some quiet time. Cooking and clean up for a crowd will be easy with ample granite counters and is well equipped with a large 5 burner cooktop, built-in wall oven and microwave and dual dishwashers. A king en suite has access to the sundeck and features a spacious custom tiled private bathroom with dual vanity sinks, separate shower stall and Jacuzzi.
Conveniently accessible from the mid and ground level decks on the rear of the home, you will love the private, in-ground pool, hot tub and covered tiki bar with bar seating for a truly relaxing and entertainment experience.
The beach is only a short walk to the community beach boardwalk. Just a short drive is a 4-wheel-drive beach ramp, or the family-friendly sound accesses for kayaking, kiteboarding, or other water sports are just a few miles in either direction on Highway 12. With restaurants, shops, and a grocery store close by there is something to keep everyone entertained.
