During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions.   • Hot Tub

    These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

The ground level carport area has room for parking and a storage rack where you can stow your surfboards and beach gear. Enter from the carport through the game room, where fun abounds for the whole family. Shoot some pool or enjoy a good movie on the TV. The wet bar features both a full-size refrigerator and a mini-fridge. Step out the slider to the sunny pool deck. A full bathroom completes this level.

Three en suite bedrooms on the middle level each open onto the shaded deck. The pyramid bunk bedroom and queen bedroom both face the ocean. The king bedroom features a walk-in closet. Soothe your soul with a soak in the bubbly hot tub on the shaded deck, or just relax in the breeze. The laundry room is also on this level.

Upstairs is an additional queen en suite bedroom with shower stall in the bathroom. The open living and dining area with adjacent kitchen boasts beautiful views of the ocean horizon. Step out onto the wraparound sundeck for stunning sunrises or dine al fresco on the screened porch. A half bathroom completes this level.

Keep cool in the private pool or head across the street to the beach via the community sand path over the scenic dunes. Swim, surf, or cast a line all within a short walk from your front door.

When you’re ready to head out for adventure, grab a bite or catch a show at nearby REAL Watersports before heading out on the Pamlico Sound for kiteboarding, paddleboarding, and kayaking.
