Pets Permitted
These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
Tucked neatly on the Avon oceanfront, Sandcastle Too is far from the city lights, but well within the excitement that Hatteras Island has to offer. Even the pups will love this sweet community with plenty of quiet neighborhood streets and a swathe of wide-open seashore for stretching their legs.
Utilize the first-floor dry entry, perfect for rainy days, to make comings and goings convenient no matter the weather. Weary travelers will be excited to kick their feet up in the comfortable den with futon, a cozy place to catch up on your favorite TV show or snuggle up with a good book. A half bath is the ideal amenity to have nearby, completing the level.
The second floor is the main living level which hosts all four bedrooms. Two queen en suites boast private access to the ocean-facing shaded deck with hot tub. The final two bedrooms, a room with a pyramid bunk and another with 2 singles, are both serviced by the hall bath. Each of the bedrooms offers its own TV. A laundry room is centrally located on the floor.
With ocean views abounding, you’ll love time spent on the top level. Cathedral ceilings and plenty of ocean-facing windows create a light and airy space with lots of room for memorable time with family. A large custom kitchen features natural maple, raised panel cabinets and a significant breakfast bar, offering an abundance of counter space for creating delicious coastal meals. An ample dining table and nearby dinette provide a variety of seating options for thoughtful dining or fun-filled family game nights. Find welcome R&R in the living room where everyone can gather and reminisce about their time at the beach, laughing and sharing about lifelong memories created by the shore. While the final half bath completes the interior, outside, enjoy the sundeck for sunrises and stargazing, or retreat into the shade of the screened porch without missing out on the panoramic views of the oceanfront.
Follow the wooden stairs behind the house directly to the sand path for amazing days at the beach. Venture through the village and explore the local shops, eateries, and nightlife. Conveniences such as the island’s only chain grocer, attractions such as the Avon Pier, and multitude of other exciting sites are all within close proximity of your front door.
