Free Heated Pool
Heated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025. Certain private pools offer free heat (up to a $600 value). During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Description
Located in Hatteras Colony of Salvo, a great area for family walks, bike riding, skateboarding, and a short walk to the locally owned ice cream shop for an afternoon treat. This community offers a chance to meet vacationing neighbors that you may get to see year after year, making friends and memories that will last forever.
The first level has a two full baths, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed. Each bedroom has a Smart TV.
The second level has a dining area with ample seating, a fully equipped kitchen plus three director type chairs at the kitchen bar, and the living area where there are two comfy sofas to settle into while watching your favorite movie or show on the Smart TV. There is also a queen bedroom with a Smart TV and a full bath on this level.
Just off the living area, great ocean views are presented from the upper level deck with plenty of seating. Take pleasure in a beautiful sunrise while you sip a cup of coffee waiting for each day to unfold with opportunities to make your own quiet time with a good book.
Your whole family will love spending time lounging by the private swimming pool with free solar heat. When you're ready for some fun in the sun, sand and surf grab your beach gear and tackle for an easy stroll across the dunes to the beach via the sand path directly behind the house.
