These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

A peaceful haven filled with loads of opportunity for adventure, your family will love Sea Birds, a beautiful, pet-friendly oasis quietly perched on the Frisco soundfront.
Utilize the dry entry off of the carport to unload outside of the element’s reach and head up to the first living level. Here, the first two of the property’s three bedrooms await for a peaceful night’s rest. A king en suite provides access to a sun and shaded deck which also hosts a bubbly hot tub in the enclosed screened porch. An en suite with a queen and single offer’s flexibility in sleeping arrangements for added convenience. A centrally located laundry area completes the level.
The final bedroom, a room with two bunk sets, rests comfortably on the top floor, serviced by a full bath shared with the level. A unique and cozy living area is open to the kitchen with breakfast bar and nearby dining area, providing a variety of spaces to gather with loved ones. An enclosed screen porch with picnic table is great for outdoor dining with a view, while the attached sundeck also boasts views for days of the picturesque Pamlico Sound.
Direct sound access allows your pups to frolic and swim while also opening up a whole world for you to explore. Water sports enthusiasts can easily launch their small watercraft including kayaks, kiteboards, paddleboards, and more. Store them easily in the available lockable storage to keep them out of harm’s way when they’re not in use. Clamming, crabbing, and fishing can be an exciting adventure for the whole family as well. Should you have any luck, a nearby park-style charcoal grill will allow you to quickly and easily cook up your catch. Pups will also love quiet strolls through the long, winding streets of the Indiantown Shores neighborhood with plenty of foliage to explore. When you’re ready to experience the island’s greatest attractions, you’ll find nearby shops, eateries, and more, all conveniently located within a short driving distance.
