Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Five bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy, are located on this level as well. On one side of the game room, you’ll find two king en suites, both featuring low-threshold showers and TVs. On the other end of the game room, a queen bedroom, a room with two bunk bed sets, and a bedroom with two twin singles, each offer their own TVs and are serviced by the nearby full bath with tub/shower combo. A centrally located laundry area completes the level.
The third floor features a bright and airy ambiance while capturing a scene as if lying on the ocean floor below a fishing boat. With expansive windows that showcase breathtaking ocean views and original stained-glass details, the whole family will love spending time in this unique space.
