Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

The ground level provides covered parking, a Tesla charger, an enclosed dumbwaiter makes move-in a breeze and a mudroom that locks to provide handy storage for beach, pool and fishing gear.
On the first level a comfortably furnished den with TV features a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, and half bathroom. There is also an en suite bedroom with a king and a pyramid bunk with TV and private bath. The hallway door on this level opens to the sound-view deck with hot tub overlooking the pool area.
4 spacious bedrooms are on the second level. A bedroom with 2 single beds shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a king bedroom with TV. Across the hall, are 2 king bedrooms (one with TV) that share an additional Jack-and-Jill bathroom and both offer sound views. Doors at either end of the hallway open onto shaded decks. A full-size crib, along with a high chair and baby gate provided, will make baby's vacation easy and enjoyable.
The top floor king bedroom with TV opens onto a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and shower stall that is shared with the living area. Gather around the dining table for a delicious meal whipped up in the kitchen or enjoy one of the provided board games. A countertop wine cooler will keep your favorite beverage chilled to perfection. Relax in the living room with TV or step out onto either of the decks, which offer lovely views from the ocean to the sound.
With plenty of inside entertainment options from popular board games to 6 TVs throughout the house there is something for everyone.
The fun continues outside where an outdoor ping pong table is located, or unwind by the pool. When you're ready for more adventure take a walk to the beach via the community access at the end of the street. The nice long street is great for biking, skateboarding, or just taking the kids for a stroll. Explore dining, shopping, and other nearby family fun including jet ski, paddleboard, kayak, and kitesurfing equipment rentals and lessons are a quick walk, drive, or bike ride away.
