Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full and partial week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
Dry entry from the ground level carport area will help make move in convenient. This spacious under-house area provides room to store your beach toys and fishing gear for quick access at a moment's notice. The space also features an enclosed outside shower, a bar with seating and a sitting area, a grill and a fish cleaning table.
All three en suite bedrooms, each with TV, are located on the first level. The king bedroom with access out to the ocean facing covered deck has a separate shower stall and garden tub in the bathroom. A queen bedroom has a shower stall in the bathroom and access to a small private deck as well as a slider door for access to the ocean facing covered deck. The third en suite bedroom with a queen bed has shower stall in the bathroom as well. A convenient laundry area is also on this level.
Upstairs is the spacious open kitchen, living, and dining area, where ocean views abound. The upscale kitchen features a breakfast bar and wine cooler to keep your favorite beverage chilled to perfection. Take in the sunrise or the ocean breeze from the oceanfront sundeck or warm up in front of the fireplace on cooler off-season evenings. An additional full bath with shower stall is on this level as well.
The panoramic view from the loft area can’t be beat and features a pyramid bunk with trundle, a queen sleeper sofa (for flexibility in sleeping arrangements), Foosball table and TV.
Take it easy in the hot tub located on the first level covered deck. Easy beach access via a sand path that leads across the dunes is next to the house, and shopping, dining, and marinas are all within walking distance. Everything is right at your fingertips from Seawatch.
