Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

When you vacation at this lovely 6 bedroom, 4 bath luxury home in the upscale Kinnakeet Shores neighborhood in Avon, you’ll know for certain that you Shore Are Blessed!
First level living will make you feel like you never need to leave, but you’ll be equally enchanted by every floor! The bottom floor game room will serve as a gathering place for kids and adults alike as it features a pool table, TV, microwave and mini fridge for quick-grab drinks and snacks. Here, you’ll also find entrance to the shaded deck with hot tub that delivers you to the sizeable private pool with tiki bar. The first two of six bedrooms, a queen room with deck access and a room with 2 singles, are also on the floor, both serviced by a full bath conveniently located in between. A laundry room completes the level.
The second floor hosts the remaining four bedrooms. A room with a bunk set and both king en suites provide private access to their respective shaded decks. Along with the bunk room, the final queen room is serviced by a full bath central to the floor. All bedrooms throughout provide their own TV for optimal relaxation.
Your family’s vacation will come alive on the expansive top floor. Flanked between sitting nooks both a half level up and down, you’ll never have a shortage of places to lounge and relax. Vaulted ceilings above the completely open kitchen, dining and living areas take the entire level to new heights. A well laid out kitchen features a step-up bar for additional seating, complimenting both the dining table that seats 10 and breakfast table that seats 4. The plush seating in the living room is casually situated around the TV mounted above the marble fireplace, a welcome retreat after long days at the beach. Step out onto your choice of sun or shaded deck for primo views of the neighborhood. Climb up to the crow’s nest to capture the ultimate sunrise, sunset, and one-of-a-kind stargazing.
The pristine shores of Hatteras Island are a quick walk across Highway 12, where community boardwalks are easily located on Ocean View Drive. ORV Ramps are also a quick drive for easy beach and sound access. After long days in the sun, get some extra splash time in at your choice of the lakefront private pool or the nearby Kinnakeet Shores community pool.
