All three bedrooms are on the first level. The queen en suite has access to a shaded deck. A queen bedroom and a room with a bunk set, daybed, and trundle share the other full bathroom. Enjoy sound and canal views from this level and its shaded decks. A screened porch on the front of the house is a great place to take a break.
Upstairs is the roomy living, dining, and kitchen area. Gather for meals overlooking the water or take your dinner outside on the screened porch to eat in the evening breeze. Watch a movie on the TV or settle in and read your favorite book. A half bathroom completes this level.
For those warm summer days, time on the water is just the ticket. Tie up your boat or launch your kayak from the private dock and head out into the sound for fishing, clamming, crabbing, or just splashing around in the shallows. The large yard is perfect for a game of catch, or you can shoot some hoops in the driveway with basketball goal.
