These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Sheets will be left on the beds for you. No towels are provided. Upgrades to the linen package can be made after booking via phone or through our app.

Boat Dock
We offer homes with both shallow water and deep water docks. We can also arrange dockage in a local marina. Please call our reservation department at 1-800-527-2903 to find the best fit for your boat.

Enter the home from the under-house area into the first level with ample storage space for your gear.
The mid level is where all three bedrooms are located and include two queen bedrooms with direct access out to the covered soundfront deck and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk. All bedrooms have a Smart TV and DVD. A full bathroom with laundry is also on this level.
Gather together in the sound view open living, dining, and kitchen area for family meals or a favorite movie on the Smart TV with DVD player and a cozy gas fireplace for those chilly off season evenings. The kitchen features granite countertops and breakfast bar seating. Also on this level is a full bathroom. Step outside onto a furnished screened porch that opens to the sun deck, all perfect for relaxing in the sun and shade and taking in the gorgeous natural surroundings, spectacular panoramic sunset views and stargazing at night.
Take a kayak paddle and explore the shallow waters of the Pamlico Sound, rig and launch your board sport equipment right from the sand/grassy area and ride the wind just steps from the door. Or, spend your days fishing or clamming in the sound. With restaurants, shopping, equipment rentals and more all nearby, you’ll never have a dull moment.
