Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025. Pool heat can be added for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full and partial week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

This thoughtfully designed pet-friendly property is comfortably situated in the upscale SummerPlace neighborhood on the Hatteras Village oceanside, an exclusive vacation destination created with the family in mind. One trip to this 5 bedroom, 5.1 bath oasis will have the whole family saying “Take Me a Wave” every year!
Utilize the dry entry off of the carport to easily unload during check-in and grocery runs. After your travels, everyone will be thrilled to kick-off their vacation with excitement in the first level game room. With a foosball table, dual TVs, a full-sized refrigerator, and sitting bar for snacking, gametime has never looked so good. After working up a sweat with some friendly competition, cool off in the fully enclosed private pool. A screened in porch with cozy seating and an adjacent porch with a hot tub and bar, all overlook the pool, creating cozy outside spaces that everyone can enjoy whether they’re ready to turn up the excitement or just chill out and relax. Back inside, a full bath and laundry area complete the level.
Four cozy bedrooms are quietly nestled on the second floor for an easy night’s rest. A room with two bunk sets, a king room with direct access to the bath that services the floor, and a king en suite each offer their own access to the wraparound shaded deck. The fourth bedroom, another king en suite, has access to its own ocean-facing shaded deck.
The fifth and final bedroom rests comfortably on the third floor. Bright and airy, this spacious king en suite also features access to its own private sundeck with views of the ocean and surrounding neighborhood. The open kitchen, dining, and living areas are equally as well-lit, flooded with natural light, and stylishly outfitted with comfortable furnishings for gathering with family. With sun and shaded decks on either side of the floor, you can enjoy both sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the Pamlico, ensuring you take in Hatteras Island’s beauty from the time you awake until the time you fall asleep.
When you’re not floating around in the private pool or bubbly hot tub, get in plenty of splash and sun time at the beach! With the community access just across the street, you won’t have to go too far to get your toes in the sand. When you return, an outdoor shower will allow you to conveniently wash off and rinse out sandy suits, while a fish cleaning table and gas grill are available to help you prepare your fresh catch. When you’re ready to explore the island’s offerings, bike, blade, or walk the village’s sidewalks to find your next adventure. Shops, eateries, and a variety of attractions are just a short drive away as well.
