Pets Permitted
These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Enter on the first level, where a bedroom with two bunk sets and a TV will give the kids their own landing spot. A full bathroom is also on this level.
Sleep easy on the middle level, where all four bedrooms have TVs to give everyone their own space. The king en suite bedroom offers ocean views and deck access. Two queen bedrooms, each with deck access, and a bedroom with two singles share a full bathroom off the hall with shower stall. Relax in the comfy den with TV and stereo or take in horizon ocean views from the shaded deck with bubbly hot tub.
An additional king en suite bedroom with TV is upstairs, complete with ocean views and access to the sundeck, the perfect place to start your day. Spend quality time in the open living, dining, and kitchen area with cozy electric fireplace for cooler off-season evenings. Ample seating at the breakfast bar, dining table, and additional side table provides plenty of room for family feasts.
Spend your days lounging in the summer sun by the private pool. Stroll to the beach via the community boardwalk directly across the street. Your pets will love daily walks with you through the residential neighborhood, and the whole family will enjoy nearby shops, restaurants, and plenty of exciting activities, including the Avon Pier.
