Welcome to Trantham’s Treasure, a gem of a home in the heart of Waves. You’ll feel right at home in this well-maintained, oceanside cottage, with light and airy décor throughout and covered porches just right for catching the soft salt breeze on a lazy summer afternoon.
Gather around the dining table for delicious meals prepared in the cozy kitchen on the first level, then retreat to the comfortable living room for light-hearted conversation or a favorite movie. Mom and Dad will sleep soundly and awake refreshed in the king en suite bedroom on this floor. A half bathroom completes this level, along with the laundry area.
Upstairs are two queen bedrooms that share a hall bathroom, both decorated in soothing pastel hues to help you relax on your retreat from the cares of the world. All three bedrooms have TVs.
Under the house is a spacious room full of entertainment options for the entire family, including game room space. Air hockey, an arcade machine, and a corn hole set will provide hours of fun and friendly competition, while a large TV with a DVD player is a great place to catch a game or your favorite show.
