Description
The ground level has a covered under-house area with picnic table and room to stow your beach toys and fishing gear for easy access any time. Enter from the covered deck into the ground level with a cozy den with double futon, matching chairs, and a TV. Off this space is a full bath with shower stall and a queen bedroom that includes a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and TV, and a door out to the entry deck and ground level.
Take the inside stairs up to the main living level. A bedroom room with a queen bed and bedroom with a pyramid bunk share a full bath. Off the hall is the laundry area. Enjoy family time in the living area with adjacent dining and kitchen with ample seating and TV to entertain you anytime. The living area has a slider door that provides access to a gated deck that wraps around two sides and has stairs down to the ground level.
The third level is a spacious king en suite with jacuzzi tub and separate shower stall. Step out to the private deck for panoramic views of the neighborhood.
Walk to the beach at the end of the street or take a short drive for shopping and dining, as well as plenty of other exciting activities that are also close at hand. Vista Del Mare is ideally situated for your next Hatteras Island getaway!
