Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available for arrival dates from April 11 to October 16, 2025 unless otherwise noted in the property description. Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) are available for arrival dates from April 4 to October 30, 2025.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - Seasonal
Sheets provided year round. For all full- and partial-week stays checking in after May 23 and before September 5, 2025 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
The ground level has ample parking with space to store your gear and an outside shower. From here a dry entry into the home should help make move in nice and easy. Inside on this level is a game room with pool table, full size refrigerator, wet bar with microwave, bar seating, a TV and a 4-top table perfect for cards, puzzling and board games. Off the game room is a full bathroom and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk with trundle and TV. Convenient steps down to the ground provide access to the pool area with spacious furnished patio offering both sun and shade.
The second level has 4 bedrooms; 2 king en suite bedrooms one with a spacious private bath complete with jetted tub and separate shower stall and direct access out to the ocean facing covered deck, while the second king en suite bedroom provides a private bath and deck access. Across the hall is a king bedroom with deck access shares the hallway full bathroom with a bedroom with 2 bunk sets.
Come together in the spacious open living, dining, and kitchen area on the top floor with high ceilings and convenient slider doors for access out to the sun deck with water views. The large kitchen features ample counter space, breakfast bar seating, stainless appliances and a pantry. The deck wraps around two sides of the house and opens to a furnished covered space, while off the living area deck is where the hot tub is located. A half bathroom is also on this level.
The fourth level features 2 en suite bedrooms that include 1 king en suite with a private sun deck and ocean views, 1 queen en suite with a private sun deck and sound views.
When you’re ready for adventure, a community beach access is just across the street; a sand path over the dunes, so you can have your feet in the water in minutes. Sound access is just to the south to Sandy Bay with a great launch site for watersports and a beach area with calm shallow water option for the kids. Enjoy exploring some of the best shopping and dining Hatteras Island has to offer.
